INDIAN KITCHEN TIPS
- To avoid insects and to have longer shelf life of red chilli powder, add a little amount of salt and store it in a dry air tight container.
- While preparing puri dough, add a spoonful of sugar to make the puris crispy for a long time.
- To get Ravva dosa crispy add a little amount of rice flour to the dough.
- To make idlis soft add little hot water or cooking oil to the dough.
- Add 2 pinches of cooking salt to the daal or vegetables to cook them fast.
- For longer shelf life of cooking oil add a small piece of tamarind.
